Counters the enemy's spellcast, preventing any spell from that school of magic from being cast for 6 sec and silencing the target for 4 sec.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

What it does
Counterspell is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, a range of 40 yards, a 24 sec cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it interrupts spellcasting. The client files the whole spell under the interrupted mechanic.
