How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.1 sec, 100 times over the full 10 sec. It triggers Displacement.

What it does

Displacement is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.1 sec. It also casts Displacement (record #64791).
