How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Frostbolt is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50. It applies the snared mechanic.
- Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 1. It scales with 1.5 times spell power.

What it does
Frostbolt is a Frost spell with a 2 sec cast, a range of 40 yards and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the snared mechanic and deals Frost damage (base value 1).
