How it works
Each cast of Frostbolt costs 25 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Frostbolt is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -40. It applies the ensnared mechanic.
- Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 19. It scales with 0.407 times spell power.
What it does
Frostbolt is a Frost spell with a 1.5 sec cast, a range of 30 yards and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the ensnared mechanic and deals Frost damage (base value 19).
