How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Lethargy is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12. It applies the silenced mechanic.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 26. Its base value is 1.

What it does

Lethargy is a spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the silenced mechanic and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic.
