Tooltip

Strikes at an enemy, inflicting 23125 to 26875 Fire damage, causing them to burn for 8 sec.

How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1.

Serpent Strike is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 23125.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 3500 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 8 times over the full 8 sec (28000 base in total).
  3. Effect 3 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Serpent Dance Trigger.

What it does

Serpent Strike is a Fire spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 1 sec cooldown and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage (base value 23125) and applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Serpent Dance Trigger.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70579. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
