Allies receiving this effect will become unstuck in time, and be unable to benefit from Bloodlust, Heroism, or Time Warp again for 10 min.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1.
Time Warp is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 192. Its base value is 30. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 100 yards.

What it does
Time Warp is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 5 min cooldown and effects that last 40 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 100 yard radius.
