How it works
Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown.
Transcendence is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. Its base value is 25 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 900 times over the full 15 min (22500 base in total).
- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Transcendence.
What it does
Transcendence is a spell with a 0.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 45 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 min. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Transcendence (record #102141).
