Also causes you to gain Shuffle, increasing your parry chance by 20% and your Stagger amount by an additional 20% for 6 sec.
Also empowers you with Serpent's Zeal, causing you and your summoned Jade Serpent Statue to heal nearby injured targets equal to 25% of your auto-attack damage.
Caster weapons deal increased damage.
How it works
Each cast of Blackout Kick costs 2 Chi. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Blackout Kick is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 1.
- Effect 2 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 20.
- Effect 3 is effect type 137, which the datamine does not name.
