How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does
Transmute: Cardinal Ruby is a spell with a 1.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 1 sec cooldown. When cast it creates an item. The client files the whole spell under the discovery mechanic.
