How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Stormblast is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 308. Its base value is 25.
  2. Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Stormblast.
  3. Effect 3 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Stormblast Off-Hand.

What it does
