Agility is the primary stat these pieces scale with.

Felscale Armor is a mail armor set of 4 pieces covering Chest, Hands, Legs and Feet.

That leaves Head, Neck, Shoulder, Back, Wrist, Waist, Finger and Trinket to be filled from outside the set, 8 of the twelve armor slots.

The pieces run from item level 84 to 108 and need character level 57 to 66.

The pieces bind when equipped, so they can change hands before they are worn.

Sold to a vendor those 4 pieces return 12g, and the single piece worth most at a vendor is Felscale Breastplate at 3g.

The bonuses come in at 2 and 4 pieces, out of the 4 pieces this set can put on a character at once.

The top bonus needs all 4 pieces, so there is no piece to swap out while it is held.
