Gives your Starfire spell a chance to stun the target for 3 sec and increases the chance you'll resist spell interruption when casting your Wrath spell by 50%.
How it works
Its aura has a 10% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met.
Celestial Focus is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It scales with 1 times spell power. It triggers Starfire Stun.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 108. Its base value is 50.
What it does
Celestial Focus is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Starfire Stun.
