Combat Expertise is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 240. Its base value is 1.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 137. Its base value is 2.
What it does
Combat Expertise is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.
