Tooltip

10% chance after casting Arcane Missiles, Fireball, or Frostbolt that your next spell with a casting time under 10 seconds cast instantly.

How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura has a 10% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. Its base value is 10. It scales with 1 times spell power. It triggers Netherwind Focus.

What it does

Netherwind Focus is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 10 sec cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Netherwind Focus (record #22008).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the Burning Crusade client, build 2.5.6.70006. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
