10% chance after casting Arcane Missiles, Fireball, or Frostbolt to reduce the cast time of Arcane Blast, Fireball, and Frostbolt by 10% for 10 sec.

How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura has a 10% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. Its base value is 10. It scales with 1 times spell power. It triggers Netherwind Focus.

What it does

Netherwind Focus is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 10 sec cooldown. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Netherwind Focus (record #22008).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
