Hits an enemy with an anti-mana bolt. For each point of mana consumed by the bolt, the target takes damage.

How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Power Burn is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Power Burn (effect type 62). Its base value is 1. It scales with 1 times spell power.
  2. Effect 2 is Interrupt Cast (effect type 68).
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.

What it does

Power Burn is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 1 sec. When cast it burns a resource on the target (base value 1), interrupts spellcasting and applies an aura.
