Hits an enemy with an anti power bolt that consumes up to 28 to 32 mana. For each point of mana consumed by the bolt, the target takes damage.
How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Power Burn is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Power Burn (effect type 62). Its base value is 28. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 5 yards.
- Effect 2 is Power Burn (effect type 62). Its base value is 10. Its area radius is 5 yards.
- Effect 3 is Instakill (effect type 1).
What it does
Power Burn is a Shadow spell with a 2.5 sec cast and a range of 10 yards. When cast it burns a resource on the target (base value 28) in a 5 yard radius, burns a resource on the target (base value 10) in a 5 yard radius and kills the target outright.
