How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its base value is 1 per tick. It scales with 1 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec (3 base in total). It triggers Create Soul Shard.
What it does

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the Burning Crusade client, build 2.5.6.70006. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
