How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its base value is 1 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec (3 base in total). It triggers Create Soul Shard.

What it does
