- Effect 1 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 100.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.
What it does
Concussion Blow is a Physical spell with an instant cast, a range of 10 yards and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 100) and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic.
