How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Concussion Blow is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 5000.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.
What it does
Concussion Blow is a Physical spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 25 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it deals Physical damage (base value 5000) and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic.
