These data are from dataofazeroth and are more realistic than the wowhead client datas. So yeah, skill based content doesnt really resonate well with the average WoW player and this is just the beginning step of all the mage tower achievements. The book mount is below 1% and the next 36/36 one almost is basically done by no one. :D Imho a big fail.
Something around 30% would be a good indicator for a successful revival of this, but they just made it too hard. Before anyone wants to mock me with "get good", I have 12/12 + mount + fel bear, but still think this way. They really are out of touch with their player base.
