There are several small puffer fish (/target Brakpuffer) swimming around in certain areas. When you swim near them they will start to charge a bomb style cast above their head. Simply be next to them when it goes off.
Achievement
Abyss Anglers: Free Transport
Get knocked away by a Brakpuffer during an Abyss Anglers dive.

Swam around for a while but finally found a puffer at 69.70, 24.64. He was swimming mid level, neither on the bottom nor very top of the water. He "exploded" twice before giving me the achievement. Takes 5 oxygen away per hit.
What worked for me: i kicked all his shields. Then the "bomb" timer above his head went off, i was near. After 5-10 seconds he swam away, i didnt move an inch and got an achievement
That is every comment on this page.
