Abyss Anglers: History Below

The treasures and relics swap locations over time and seem to respawn after just a few minutes so your mileage may vary.
Before you can see or loot an Ancient Relic, you first have to have purchased the Pressurized Eyeglass which becomes available after defeating Champion of Pahk.
I used a targeting macro (thanks Auraai) and these waypoints for strictly Ancient Relics. If it has "Ancient" as part of the name, it's worth 750 points.
This is certainly not a complete or definitive list, but it will help.

This macro for targeting will pick up other treasures and relics nearby so be aware.
