FYI, Heroic mode in Warlords is the same thing as Normal mode in MoP, so despite the different names, the achievement requires exactly the same thing as the former Ahead of the Curves.

No, Patch 6.2 will introduce a new raid tier, Hellfire Citadel (Draenor), thus you need to have this accomplished BEFORE the release of the 6.2 patch.
