To unlock this race you must have:
*Reach Exalted with : The Honorbound
*Earn the Achievement : Ready for War
Once you have completed the above then see Eitrigg in Orgrimmar inside the Orgrimmar Embassy to begin quest line.
Before doing this quest chain I recommend to have not only your standard hearthstone in the bags, but also the Dalaran hearthstone and the Garrison hearthstone. As this quest chain takes places in several remote places, I did not want to get stranded while waiting for the cooldown of hearthstones.
