It seems to be bugged, I got the achievement after relogging onto my DK who has all three of his Artifacts.

States every artifact available to your class but the list has specific artifact weapons per class and a list of artifacts of the different class available.
Odd either the tracking is not correct yet or something I dont get about this achivement.
The fastest why to get the achievement is with a Demon Hunter. It will be awarded after earning the two weapons.
