I'm not sure why, if these quests are removed, that the achievements aren't in the Legacy tab now. This confused me because I thought I could just power through it on a rainy day for easy achievement points.
The post for the quest "Tarnished Bronze" states that Blizzard has marked the quest as obsolete. If that is the case, then this achievement is not achievable.
