As of right now there is NO WAY to go back and pickup the items if you happened to miss one during the quest. I happened to be one of those idiots and now I cannot complete this. I have submitted a ticket asking Blizz to make it so if we have completed the quest the items still stay visible after the fact so we can go back and grab them.

I chose Russula's Outreach and I missed Part 3: The Cycle, I have gone back to where the item should be and it is not there.

Since this achievement is currently incompletable for anyone who missed even one item during a given weekly quest, WoWHead team needs to make a post/article about it so that we can have a chance to attract blizzard's attention to fix it or remove it entirely from the meta achievement, as most people who reported the issue via tickets (including myself) got an automated useless response that solved absolutely nothing
