To Complete The Achievement:

1. 
   
2. Clear all trash on the way to the boss [npc=86221], but leave the boss alone.
3. 
   
4. Now clear the way to Slave Watcher Crushto and kill him; talk to [npc=75242].
5. 
   
6. Kill [npc=86221] and let [npc=75242] get his sword.
7. 
   
8. Make your way to Roltall and kill him; keeping [npc=75242] healed at all times.
9. 
   
10. Make your way to Gug'rokk and kill him, wait for [npc=75242] to do his thing and get the achieve announcement.
11. 
    

Took me some time to figure this out, and I didn't see this posted yet. Croman is pushing the carousel or whatever it is called and it is to the back, right (looking at the boss Slave Watcher Crushto).

Update:
Look at Bloodmaul Slag Mines and you will see that in Slave Watcher Crushto's area if you look to the bottom right on the map, you will see Croman. Have the most competent player pick him up so they they don't die and cause him to despawn. In my case, I picked him up as a tank because he does not take much damage. I also had our healer put him on focus to see his health at all times.

there is a bug with an ogre stuck up in a platform on the way to magmolatus. it is the left path at the circle before the boss. do not go that way with him or he will just sit there trying to fight him and wont follow anyone. I don't think its a problem if u kill the ogre, but hes in the air, so he requires range. so if you don't have help with the follower achievement, and your also a melle.. its GG ..... he wont move and will despawn when you leave.

do not take this path, go the other way...

P.S: I made an account to post this comment because the first comment says to clear all trash when you don't have to, unless hes trying to fight the trash.
