Super quick, easy and cheap with vendor items only!
Step 1: Buy looooads of A Big Ol' Stick of Butter + Pouch of Spices from a Midnight cooking vendor.
Step 2: Make Spiced Biscuits until it no longer gives any skill.
Step 3: Make Hearty Food from the Spiced Bisquits until you reach 100 (I ended up with 172 Hearty Spiced Biscuits.
Step 4: Profit!PS: If you have the Chef's Hat, do not forget to use it!

Seems like it has been changed slightly. Had to do an other recipe from 25 to 35 but after everything was the same.
