I completed the Mythic difficulty clear today and did not get the title/achievement. Its not season 3 yet, so where is it? Hopefully Blizz can fix this.

Defeat all bosses in Dawn of the Infinite on Mythic Difficulty before the release of the next raid tier.

I can confirm this title is account wide once you earn it on a character, I earned this on my alliance human pally main, checked my warrior secondary and he had it, then checked my horde main and he had it as well. So all you need to to is to complete this on one character to get it for all your other characters before the start of the next raid tier.
This also happened to me on 1st November 2023 around 13:00 CET - I raised a ticket with Blizzard - but no reply except for the standard - check forums, reload UI etc Strangely enough there was an update before I played.
