On live, the adds CAN NOT be rooted, but they CAN be slowed. Having at least 1 ranged dps will help for this fight, as will having a hunter throw a frost trap towards the entrance to snare them as early as possible. Simply burn down the adds before they begin channeling and then kill the boss.
But how do you get the yolk out then?
