Not available unassisted before 90. Kunzen Village is located on top of the ridge in the northwest of the zone, and is accessible only by flight. Characters who want this achievement but who cannot yet fly in Pandaria can either get summoned by friends who are already there or can hitch a ride on a multiseat flying mount.

Explore Valey of the Four Winds, I had trouble finding Rumbling Terrace, it is GPS 74.18, 63.75 wasnt easy, but about an hour later found it.
