The day 7.2.5 launched, I got this achievement just by logging in. I am fairly sure that I didn't have 100 wins, it should've been like 70-80 or something.
Well, I am definitely not going to dig deep in to the reason behind this.

why is there 2?
The achievement shows 2 progress bars.. however you can still complete it. In my case, the bar below had 41 wins, the top bar had 54 wins. Every win was being added to the top bar. I just had to win 5 more games. Please see the Rogue in my profiles.
