During the Superbloom there are 4 dreamfruits available from which you can choose the powers.

At Renown 16 with [faction=2574] you can choose one power out of 3 instead of 2 powers from a dreamfruit.

You can pick the fruits with warmode on
And then logout -> Disable warmode and then pick again for an additional chance

This achievement becomes easier to complete as your renown with the Dream Wardens increases. As you gain renown levels with the Dream Wardens you will unlock Blooming Proficiency ranks, with the final upgrade being rewarded at renown level 16. Each rank unlocks a new dreamfruit with additional powers to choose from. These new dreamfruits spawn along the path that Sprucecrown patrols from the beginning to the end of the event, making it easier to complete the achievement when you have more powers to choose from :)
