There should be a reward for this where you get a neck slot item that looks like a giant dollar sign/euro sign (depending on where you play) that swings from your neck. It vendors for 10000 gold, but when you try to vendor it, it says, "The merchant cannot afford that item."
Also, it would slow movement speed by 50% while wearing it.
