I think this is fair enough compromise for the Realm First titles. Although these will be harder to obtain since you are competing with every good guild worldwide, rather than a few on your server.

im curious how its going to work to be completely honest; as it requires a guild - is it a guild achieve? if so - does everybody in the guild get the title? if not - can more than one guild group of the same guild -- just with different people -- earn the achievement twice?? many questions
