You'll get a quest called Heritage of the Haranir - turn it in at The Den in Harandar to get your heritage armor and the achievement.
Tip: You can use your Personal Key to the Arcantina to travel back to Silvermoon fast
It's not mentioned in the achievement but, you also get another color of the set named Shul'ka. (Purple leaves mixed with some hot pink and dull green vines)
