LET THE GRINDING BEGIN!
In Patch 4.3.2, a follow-up achievement for Season 10 will be added, entitled:
[Hero of the Alliance: Ruthless]
It rewards the same title, but is there to provide achievement credit to those who received it during Season 10 instead of Season 9.
Personally, I'm still a little confused why these are regular achievements and not Feats of Strength, since they become no longer obtainable once the respective seasons end, but /shrug. I think it would make the most sense if Blizzard switches them to work like the Gladiator achievements, imo.
*edited to add links now that the new achievement is up on Wowhead.
