King of Dire Maul

(Fixed for Cataclysm changes: 4.0.3)

Here is a vague but long guide on how to do this, as I assume there are many level 80's who mean to solo this but have never done it or can't remember it.

DM East: Alzzin the Wildshaper.
There is no longer a Crescent Key. You must kill Zevrim first, then run into the courtyard and talk to the tree, who will bust open the door. Corridor leads to Alzzin.

DM North: King Gordok
After you enter, run west to the next room. In the center of the circular platform there is a chest. Open it, there is a key there. You need it. Then just go west through the door you just picked up a key for. This (long) hallway is pretty linear and will lead to Gordok eventually.

Note: If you don't kill Cho'Rush while you're killing Gordok, you will be proclaimed king of the ogres and everything will be green to you as you run out. Its nice.

DM West: Immol'thar
There are five pylons in the instance that are powering a forcefield around Immol'thar. The five pylons are shut down by killing the elementals around it. One pylon is located in the Capital Gardens right where you enter the instance. When you continue on, you will see a doorway to your left (don't go down the ramp). Go through that door and up the ramp. There are two pylons on this top level of the Court of the Highborne. Clear them, then drop down to the level you were at previously, and go down the ramp now. The hallway will lead you to Immol'thar's room. Clear the pylons to the left and right, and his forcefield will disappear.

Remember to loot the shard on the floor after Alzzin is dead (red on floor near the right plant)

There's a quest in moonglade that rewards 1000 Cenarion Circle rep, you don't need the quest to pick it up

Yes this bugged as of 6.0.2. I put in a ticket about it and was told to check a fansite for info on how to do the achievement. Really? I don't see how wowhead is going to tell me how to fix my issue of the achievement greying out the boss that I killed when I move on to the next one. Then randomly giving me credit again for it but taking away the new one. Seems to me that is a blizz fix. But I guess they don't see the issue :( Oh well I guess I just won't be able to complete this line of achievements, which won't bother me at all.....
