Level 60 is such a weird limbo level in Dragonflight. You're still in Chromie Time, but quests give like 1000 exp, random dungeon queue gives maybe 10k total exp after the 6k end bonus (5% of a level).
You basically can't do anything unless you stop what you're doing and go to the dragon isles asap.
