3004 with 3x13 and 5x12 in my case...If you +3 all of your 12s you dont need a single 13 even haha. But yeah. Some 13s and 12s with decent timers will get you over 3k
Lots of the data types in the game are actually fractions and they just round. Rep, for example, will often cycle between multiple values because it's rounding to the nearest integer when it tells you how much rep you gained, but internally it's a fraction. Depending on how the different functions round, one might say 2999 while the other sees 3000.
