Couldn't seem to find this acheviement in the current (4.0.1) acheviement list. Might be removed, or remade as a Feast of Strenght (hah right... strenght.)

Actually, this is not in "Achievements", but "Statistics". Exactly at "Dungeons and Raid" -> "Wrath of the Lich King".

So, I went back into Naxx and killed him once...I see on the "achievement" that he needs to be killed twice? Anyone know if this is still relative as of 4.0.6? Super easy to find...right when you enter Naxx he's just chillin there.

It's not a proper achievement, just a trackable stat within the statistics tab of the achievement panel. There are two criteria because Mr. Bigglesworth exists in both Naxx 10 and Naxx 25, and both of these are tracked within the same statistic and added together for your total kills OF THIS POOR INNOCENT KITTY. You monster.
