Still not solo'able as of today. Warrior and that shield persists. After a while of kiting, they reset.
This is true as of Oct 2024, I managed it with a lvl 80 affliction warlock. Just had to be careful to get their health bars down at the same time, did not need to pay attention to the placement of the bosses, Azshara's decrees, nor any of their spells/attacks.
