To get this achievement, go to the temple of the white tiger and talk to Trial Master Rotun OR your class trainer (Thanks RussG). (For alliance, you can get the breadcrumb quest from Taijing The Cyclone ) You will "queue" for proving grounds that will be instant because its a one person only instance. You choose which "Proving session" you want to do once inside by talking to Trial Master Rotun, not when you queue. Once inside all your gear is scaled down to ilvl463 gear, but you will have all 8 raid buffs applied at all times. There is an arcane reforger, a repair vendor and a warlock soulwell available inside.
For healers, you must heal a party of 4 pandaren, who all have different abilities. They will "party" with you, and the interface looks exactly like it does when partying with humans. I can confirm that healbot functions as normal in the instance for those that use it.
For Bronze there is 5 waves of illusions, each progressively harder. I attempted this as a holy priest and failed the first time because the first 3 waves are very easy, but waves 4 and 5 are a big step in difficulty.
A couple important notes:
- You cannot drink inbetween waves, even if you finish early. So its important to conserve mana early on for later.
- Health and mana are brought to full and all CD's reset when you start a session
- If anyone dies you fail. The DPS wont continue to DPS, it will just reset.
- Surprisingly the mage will use time warp
- The tank doesn't seem to have any particular survival mechanisms, so it really is a test of your healing
Waves 1-3
Mostly tank and spank, and there will be one monster (illusionary hive-singer) that casts an interruptable Sonic Blast, which decent AoE damage to everyone. If you've ever healed a dungeon before, you could fall asleep during this.Wave 4
A surprising step up in difficulty than wave 3, your biggest headache is the hive-singers. Your "group" is pretty single minded and will attack pretty much whatever. You're forced to just heal everyone to the best of your abilities as your party wont focus anything down.Wave 5
Starts out the same as wave 4 but about 30 seconds after engaging, 2 more illusionary hive-singers will spawn and jump into the mix. So throughout this fight there is lots of Sonic Blasts AoE damage hitting your group. Use what AoE heals you have and blow any CD's you had saved for this. Once the mobs are near death, the mage will pop time warp.Maybe Im a bad healer but I found bronze to be much more difficult than expected but still very doable.

I was actually able to complete this on my Hunter, although it was quite difficult. What I did:
(Beforehand Supplies)
-Tame a Spirit Beast and put it in Tenacity spec
-You also will need a good supply of Heavy Windwool Bandages
-Make macros so that it's easier to heal them, OR, if you have it, set up Healbot to work for Spirit Mend/Bandages (yes that works)(Starting the match)
I stood right near where the mobs spawned, and began to kill them as fast as I could as soon as they spawned. The first 2 rounds are pretty easy, with one mob at a time, so don't pop all your CDs. Just make sure your pet gets aggro immediately, to save the tank from taking damage. Mend Pet at all times. Always keep an eye on the tank's health.
Now the multiple mob rounds are where it gets tricky. Your job, since you have scarce heals, is to prevent as much damage from being dealt as possible. Get your pet to tank all possible mobs. The one the tank is attacking first will stick to him like glue, so stun it and kill it as fast as you can.
Throw Spirit Mend on him whenever needed. If you have multiple Spirit Beasts, you can switch between them in-between fights to heal him as much as possible before the next round (just make sure they are ready in Tenacity). If he takes a good beating, bandage him whenever he's not being attacked. Interrupt the Sonic AoE whenever you can. If you play it right, you can indeed beat this as a Hunter. It's difficult but not impossible. Good luck!
TIP: Attack Power affects Spirit Mend effectiveness.
This is a GREAT way for new healers to practice healing without actually involving other people. Same goes for the tank version and tanks.
I found that, by running this over and over (as well as Silver), I was able to develop my healing abilities. This is the best way to practice single target and party/raid healing including learning what your spells do, how to manage mana, etc.
Unfortunately, Blizz doesn't make a "target dummy" for healing, so this is about as good as it gets for people trying to learn and master healing skills.
