The easiest way to get this achievement is to hit the boss, then purposely jumping off the edge and you get it when the boss is killed.
Oh the irony in the name of this achievement...I guess the ultimate lesson to be ready for raiding is to know that you can always kill yourself and AFK while letting the rest of raid do the dirty work for you.

When you get this achievement you get a buff for one hour that makes you /dance and /cheer whenever you stand still.
I got this achievement without even trying and I was so confused as to why I was dancing, and then I noticed the buff. :P
