Just so that everyone knows (not that it matters now):
If by any offchance your server hasn't done this yet (and for any future implemented servers), and your raid goes to do it...and you are in the raid and get him to X% and then disconnect before he dies, and he dies when you're offline, you do NOT get the achievement, even though you will be able to loot him. Therefore, it's possible to have less than 25 people have this achievement. Blizzard has stated that there's no way to fix it.
A whole guild getting it wouldn't make sense. Only the players participating IN THE BATTLE would be getting it. Otherwise they'd be selling invites when Kel'Thuzad is at 10% or some other crazy crap.
