Congrats to all who get any realm first- I got this on day one of expac around 530am(EST) on Ursin. While everyone was leveling in Borean Tundra or Howling Fjord I decided to try and get this. Went up to Grizzly Hills and fought against stags and bears so I could make sure I'd still be able to skill ups off the mobs. At 530am I still got a good number of gratz, including one from someone who was at 449... haha. It was the first realm first on Ursin. The following day I got realm first - first aid!

I just got it on wildhammer and I can confirm that you will get a hell of a lot of spam when you get this.
Yes if you type [Wisdomsword] (then the link) it will disconnect you. So thats a warning . Also lots of spam when you get it so lol only do if u really want to. They should make like /w for friends only or like this
Off = No one can /w
On = all can /w
Friends = friends only can /w and you have to accept there friend request to have them on urs and there friend list..
But then you would get spam friend requests lol. so you can't win ;p
